A Priority Reservation is the fastest way out of the airport and into the reason you’ve come to Hawaii. With Priority, a driver is pre-assigned to your party. Your driver will keep track of your flight and wait nearby for your “we’ve got our bags” call or text.

International arrivals:

  • If you’re having trouble with the Airport’s WiFi or the Arrival Portal page, there is a courtesy phone to the right of the FIT exit. Please ask the operator to connect you to Charley’s Taxi.

  • Add $25 to the Priority rates above.

Vehicle Occupancy:

  • Sedan: 2-3 passengers with bags*

  • Minivan: up to 5 passengers (4 with bags)

  • Small SUV: up to 4 passengers with bags

  • Large SUV: up to 6 passengers with bags

  • Limousines: up to 7 passengers with bags

  • Sprinter Vans: up to 8 passengers with 8 bags

  • Navigator SUV Limousine: up to 7 with 7 bags

    * Bags = 1 checked bag and 1 carry on per person

Priority PRICES INCLUDE

  • Fare between Honolulu International Airport and your hotel. Round trip service also available.

  • 4.712% State of Hawaii General Excise Tax

  • 7% Hawaii DOT Pre-Arranged Ground Transportation Pick-Up Tax

  • $2.60 fuel surcharge

EXTRA OPTIONS:

  • MOTORCOACH, MINIBUS, VAN available — request quote.

  • Fresh leis: $15 each

  • Upgraded leis: Market price

EXTRA CHARGES:

  • $6.38 extra charge for each bicycle, golf bag, surfboard, or items over 80 pounds, more than 4ft in length, or over 10 cubic feet in size.

  • $0.75 per bag over the capacity stated above (ie. a 5th bag for a minivan, a 7th bag for a large SUV, etc.).

  • Gratuity is not included.

  • Passengers who damage or soil the taxi will be responsible for the cost of repairs and/or OSHA compliant cleaning.
