“My friend dropped his phone in the taxi on the way to the airport. After my friend realized it, it was too late. Mr Woo reached out to the latest caller on the phone. Fast forward, when my friend came back he reached out to the company and after one try he was thought he wasn’t going to get it back. He called again and Mr Woo called him back! “WE love this company. There were many "taxis" trying to pick us up (and take advantage of us) but we called and booked with Charley's because we knew we could trust them. The drivers are prompt and courteous and the fares are fair- not something you can necessarily count on with other taxis.
